Knowledge is power. Which is why our company secretarial consultants provide the skills and expertise to help you fulfil your duties and legal obligations as an executive. Let us prepare the necessary paperwork while you focus on running your business.

We are passionate about working with entrepreneurs from the grassroots level. With bespoke company registration services and a suite of shelf companies available for purchase, we hope to form and register entities that meet your unique requirements, while complying with the relevant legislation.

All companies, close corporations and non-profit companies are required by South African law to lodge their annual returns with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC). Our team of statutory compliance specialists takes care of this for you, ensuring compliance with the latest Companies Act. This service includes converting and submitting financial statements using eXtensible Business Reporting Language (“XBRL”).

Deregistering entities with the registrar can be a complicated process. Our team of experienced specialists simplifies this process by managing it on your behalf.

Our team of corporate governance professionals works together with your board of directors to develop a corporate governance approach which is both strategic and best suited to the needs of your business.

Resolve’s statutory compliance services are tailored to your specific business needs, ensuring all requirements are met. With a strong team of experienced compliance professionals, Resolve is best placed to assist you with completing these tasks.

Whether your company is restructuring due to a new ownership structure, business expansion or simply as a strategic move, our consultants simplify this process by guiding you through the steps and empowering you to meet your objectives.

With the challenges and opportunities presented by COVID-19, many business leaders have discovered that it is possible for their teams to work from anywhere. Accordingly, many companies have no further need of a physical office. Companies trading in South Africa which do not have a physical address of their own, can make use of RSLV’s address as their registered address.
